The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Wallet Balance held therein.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. mixue888 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's provision of incorrect registration details. Any attempt to register under a false identity, stolen identity, or the identity of another person is strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The mixue888 platform is primarily designed for users based in Malaysia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players accessing mixue888 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mixue888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and personal detail changes — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised such activity.

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Third-party payment processing fees, if any, are borne by the Player.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your mixue888 Wallet Balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. mixue888 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from a mixue888 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified available Wallet Balance; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of those specific funds; and (d) the withdrawal must be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

4.4 Processing Timeframes

mixue888 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional KYC documentation is required. mixue888 is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank or payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

mixue888 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with internationally recognised standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activities conducted through mixue888 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule explicitly provides otherwise.

mixue888 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, data feed error, software bug, or where the outcome of an event has been influenced by irregular circumstances. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet Balance.

The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or market are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet. mixue888 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available on the mixue888 platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers — are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all mixue888 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the mixue888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account in another person's name;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any arrangement designed to guarantee a predetermined outcome;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games;
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulently obtained funds, or facilitating money laundering through the Platform;
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, injection attacks, or unauthorised access attempts;
• Providing false KYC documentation or misrepresenting personal details during registration or verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mixue888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of mixue888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mixue888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mixue888 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical downtime or maintenance periods; (c) errors in third-party game results or data feeds; or (d) financial losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

mixue888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single event shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

mixue888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools within your account settings to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your mixue888 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. Loss limits take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been logged into the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the mixue888 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will not receive any promotional communications.

11. Suspension & Termination

mixue888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity.

Upon account closure for legitimate regulatory or responsible gaming reasons, any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the last used deposit method, subject to KYC verification. In cases of closure due to Terms breach or fraud, mixue888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds pending investigation.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mixue888 support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; winnings from settled bets will be included in the final balance returned to you.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mixue888 operates its licensing entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution.

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should first contact mixue888 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. mixue888 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mixue888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect (except where amendments are required immediately by regulatory or legal obligation). Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the mixue888 platform and may request account closure.
